The award was endowed by her husband Richard Oexmann in recognition of her love of this county’s artistic heritage. One of my collagraph monoprints, ' The Black Grouse', part of the 'Silent Spring ' series featuring birds on the RSPB Red list of endangered birds, has been selected.
